Terms and Conditions

1. Services

WISD provides artificial intelligence consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Strategic AI consulting
• Implementation of AI solutions
• Training and enablement
• Development of custom systems
• Specialised technical support

2. Client Responsibilities

The client undertakes to:

• Provide truthful and complete information
• Take an active part in the development of the projects
• Pay the agreed fees
• Respect WISD's intellectual property
• Keep sensitive information confidential

3. Payments and Invoicing

• Payments will be made according to the terms agreed in each contract
• Late payments may be subject to interest
• WISD reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment
• Fees are subject to change with prior notice

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, tools and know-how developed by WISD remain the intellectual property of WISD, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

The client's specific results and deliverables belong to the client, with WISD retaining the rights over the methodologies used.

5. Confidentiality

WISD undertakes to maintain strict confidentiality over all client information. This obligation remains in force even after the services have ended.

6. Limitation of Liability

WISD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice as set out in the specific contract. WISD reserves the right to terminate immediately in the event of a material breach.

8. Force Majeure

WISD will not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government action or widespread technical failures.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where WISD operates. Any dispute will be resolved through arbitration or in the competent courts.

10. Changes

WISD reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes with reasonable advance notice.
