Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide to us directly, including:

• Name and contact information
• Information about your business and needs
• Communications you have with us
• Information provided during consultations
• When you take the IWI diagnostic: your name, email and company (and your website if you give it), plus your answers. We use them to prepare your reading, let you resume it and let WISD review it. We don't visit or analyse your website, and taking the diagnostic doesn't sign you up to any emails. We only contact you for sales purposes if you tick the separate box. If you don't finish, everything is deleted after 7 days without activity, and restarting before you see your reading deletes it straight away; a finished diagnostic is kept until you ask us to delete it. Diagnostics left unfinished before 14 October 2026 are not deleted automatically: ask us and we'll delete them. To comment on your answers, IWI sends the replies you type and your business activity (with emails, links and phone numbers removed, and never your name, email or company) to an external AI provider. When you finish, WISD staff are notified by email with your name, email and company; only WISD staff can see your diagnostic.
• When you take the IWI diagnostic, technical data about your connection: approximate country, region and city, your browser and operating system, and a pseudonymised fingerprint of your IP address (a hash computed with a secret key). We do not store your IP address itself. We use this to know where people reach us from and to detect repeated or abusive submissions, and we keep it for as long as we keep the diagnostic.
• If you sign in to the client portal, your IP address and browser are stored with that session to protect it against unauthorised access. They are kept while the session is active, for at most 30 days, and are deleted when you sign out.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide our AI consulting services
• Communicate with you about our services
• Improve our services and customer experience
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing Information

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• With your explicit consent
• To comply with legal requirements
• With service providers who help us operate (under strict confidentiality agreements)

4. Information Security

We implement appropriate technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Limit the processing of your information
• Withdraw your consent at any time

6. Cookies and Local Storage

This site does NOT use advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies. We do use PostHog (EU region, self-managed) for anonymous product analytics from your first pageview — no IP is stored, no persistent person profile is created, and only generic interaction events (pageviews, clicks) are captured, plus anonymous progress events from the IWI diagnostic (step reached, score, time taken, whether you ticked the contact box), never your answers or contact details. You only become an identified visitor in PostHog if you book a call and supply your email. The IWI consent dialog separately controls whether IWI — our AI assistant — may persist memory in your browser.

If you reject the IWI consent dialog

We only store your choice (iwi-cookies-consent) so we don't ask you again, and we also opt you out of PostHog analytics entirely. IWI will keep working, but it won't remember previous conversations or your history between sessions. To opt out of analytics without using the dialog, visit /opt-out.

How to delete everything

In your browser: Settings → Privacy → "Clear data for this site" for wisd.ai. Or from DevTools: Application → Local Storage / Session Storage → select the site and clear.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes by publishing the new policy on our website.
