Travel Remesas moves money from Europe and Chile to Venezuela, Peru, Colombia, and other Latin American countries. A volume that grows every day and that, managed manually, means hundreds of WhatsApp messages, receipts sent by photo, visual verifications, and operators drowning in repetitive tasks.

Each operation required multiple manual steps: confirming the client's identity, verifying the payment, calculating the amount, assigning an operator, and executing the transfer. With 400+ daily operations and a base of 1,500+ active users, a single error or delay in the chain affected people who depend on that money for their daily lives.
