Mara Bonapersona ya tenía un negocio de coaching funcionando, con alumnos, contenido y una comunidad activa. Pero la plataforma que usaba no reflejaba su visión: era genérica, rígida y no tenía ninguna opción para gamificar la experiencia.

What we learned
The challenge wasn't just building a platform. It was translating a creative vision and a brand ecosystem into an experience that felt alive, that grew over time and that students wanted to inhabit. That meant understanding the vision first and building the technology second.
