The Challenge

Grupo La Cachapera manages several locations in different cities. Every Christmas campaign meant the same thing: high operational pressure, manual order management, scattered information across locations, and a team worn out during the most demanding time of the year.

Orders were lost between WhatsApp messages, Excel files, and handwritten notes. There was no way to plan production with real data, nor to know how many orders remained unclosed. The team ran harder, but without control.
